Do the photos really look like me?
Yes — Insha trains a private model on your selfies, so every portrait keeps your real features. If one doesn't look like you, your credits come back.
What happens to my selfies?
They're used only to train your private model and are deleted the moment training finishes. They're never sold, shared, or used to train anything else.
How long does it take?
Training takes about 15 minutes (about 5 with Pro). After that, each new portrait arrives in seconds.
Can I use it on my phone and the web?
Yes. The same account, model, photos and credits stay in sync across the iPhone app and the web.
How do credits work?
One portrait or one Magic Editor change is 1 credit. Free includes 50 a month, Pro includes 150. Today's portrait is free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. On the web, billing is handled by Stripe and you can cancel whenever you like.
