These terms cover your use of Insha. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Insha trains a private model from the selfies you upload and uses it to generate portraits and videos of you in different styles. Results are AI-generated and may not be perfect every time.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use Insha.
Upload only selfies of yourself, or of someone who has clearly consented. Don't use Insha to impersonate others, to create misleading or harmful content, or in any way that breaks the law. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
You keep ownership of the selfies you upload and the portraits you create. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — to store your files, train your private model, and generate your results.
Insha runs on credits. The Free plan includes a monthly allowance; Pro includes more each month for a recurring fee shown at checkout. Creating a portrait or a Magic Editor edit uses credits; videos use more. Prices and allowances may change, and we'll show any change before it applies to you.
If a result doesn't look like you, its credits are returned. Always.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
Insha is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Insha means you accept the updated terms.
