Insha turns a few of your selfies into portraits of you. Your face is personal, and this policy explains plainly what we collect, how we use it, and the things we will never do.
Your account details (name and email from your sign-in provider), the selfies you upload to train your model, the portraits and videos you create, and basic usage and billing information needed to run the service.
The selfies you upload are used only to train a private model of your face. That model is used only to generate images and videos for you — never for anyone else.
Your selfies are deleted as soon as training finishes. We do not keep them.
To create the portraits and videos you ask for, to provide support, to process payments, and to keep the service secure and working. That's it.
We never sell or rent your data. We never share your face or photos with advertisers. We never use your model or images to train anyone else's model or any general-purpose AI.
Subscriptions are handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and your plan status, but we never see or store your full card details.
Your portraits, videos and model stay available in your account until you delete them or close your account. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time from inside the app, or by contacting us.
Uploads and downloads are encrypted in transit, and files are encrypted at rest. Access to your photos is limited to your account.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. We honour these requests — reach us through the Contact page.
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
